  • What is the payment procedure? Is installment payment an option?

Payments can be completed using a Credit Card through the payment request link sent via email or through Interact E-Transfer to the provided email address. We are flexible and can accommodate payment plans for customers who prefer spreading payments over a period of time.   • I wish to update information on my website that is outdated. How can I proceed with this?

If the text, photos, or other elements of a website we developed no longer align with your current business details, we can make the necessary updates based on the new information. Kindly reach out to us via email or use the contact form, clearly specifying the changes needed and providing the new information. We will then provide you with a quote for the updates.

  • I lack a logo or business photographs. Can you assist with this?

Absolutely, we can help design a logo for your business and provide variations suitable for different purposes. If you are based in the Montreal area, we also offer the option to capture photographs of you and your business.

  • For how many years have you been in operation?

  • What coding languages are used in creating the website?

In the beginning, HTML and PHP were the languages employed. However, as time progressed, we transitioned to the Wix framework. This change enhances the user experience by providing customers with more accessible tools for making text adjustments on their own.
